HOW TO PROCEED FOR VVM 2022-23 FINAL EXAM

(27 AND/OR 30 NOVEMBER 2022)

B. Desktop/Laptop Device

1. Exam can be attempted only once either on 27th and/or 30th November, 2022 (any day as per
the convenience of students/schools) through VVM Exam – Students Application only. Timing
for the same is from 10:00am to 06:00pm. Last login will be till 05:59pm.

2. Uninstall the previously installed Mock Exam App. Install the latest version V24 of Final Exam
SEB file (vvm_2022_23_final.seb) on 26th November, 2022 (after 12:00noon) for attending
final exam on 27th November, 2022 or 29th November, 2022 (after 12:00noon) for attending
final exam on 30th November, 2022 from VVM’s website. Link to download the same will be
available on school and student dashboards as well.
 STEP-1
3. Download Safe Exam Browser by clicking on the links given. No need to download and reinstall it
if you have installed it earlier. Instruction related to installation are given in the same page.

Download Safe Exam Browser according to the Operating System of your device.
4. Right click on the SafeExamBrowser (downloaded) file and click on “Run as administrator”

5. Download Final Exam SEB file (vvm_2022_23_final.seb) App. Link to download this file is given
in the Green Color Box.
6. Open Final Exam SEB file (vvm_2022_23_final.seb) App with administrator privileges (Right
Click on the App > Run as Administrator or click on Open With > Safe Exam Browser).
Running/Opening the app as an administrator is compulsory. To run/open the application as
administrator on desktop/laptop please Right click on the downloaded file. There you can see an
option "Run as administrator". Click on it. If it asks for a password, then enter the admin account
password of your computer/laptop.

Right Click on Final Exam SEB file (vvm_2022_23_final.seb) file and click on “Open with”

Now select “Safe Exam Browser” and click “ok”

7. In case if you are seeing below screen on your laptop/desktop device please download the
latest file to attend the Final Exam as you are using the Mock Exam file.

8. To start exam, on the login screen, enter the Login Credentials provided to you. Make sure version
of the App is v25.
9. Select the language from the drop-down menu and click on Next.
10. Now you will be landing on Instructions page. Read all the instructions carefully and accept
terms and Click on Go to Exam to view questions of Section-A.

11. Click on "Go to Exam" to go to Section-A. You will have to answer 40 questions in 30 minutes’
duration. You will see a screen like below with – switch language to English – Moving to Next
or previous question option along with the grid of Not Visited (white color), Visited (Blue
color) and Answered (Green Color) questions.
12. To end the Section-A click on “End Section” button.
13. Click on the End Section button only when you have answered all the questions or are ready
to move to next section. If you have time remaining in hands it is suggested to use it for
revision purpose as it won’t be carried forward and you will not be allowed to come to
Section-A again.
14. Once you submit Section-A you will be landing on the Section-B page. You will have to answer
60 questions in 60 minutes’ duration. You will see a screen like below with – switch language
to English – Moving to Next or previous question option along with the grid of Not Visited
(white color), Visited (Blue color) and Answered (Green Color) questions. All options will be
similar to Section-A.

15. Click on the End Exam button only when you have answered all the questions of Section-B
and are ready to end exam. If you have time remaining in hands it is suggested to use it for
revision purpose as you will not be allowed to return here or attempt exam again.
16. Now when your Answer Sheet will be submitted automatically and you will get a
“Congratulations” message on your screen towards the confirmation of same.

17. Do not try to minimize, shift or change tabs or play with any keyboard button while
attempting question paper. It will automatically submit your answersheet or terminate your
session if you will try to do the same 3 times.
