1. Yes, because Jollibee Corporation has implemented their standards with the employee’s and the
cleanliness of their store and the equipment used in production of their foods.
2. Yes, Jollibee’s phenomenal growth owes much to its strict and committed adherence to high
standards as symbolized by “F.S.C.”: Food (F) served to the public must meet the company’s
excellence standards or it will not be served at all; the Service (S) must be fast and courteous;
Cleanliness, from kitchen to utensils, must always be maintained. Jollibee is proud of its
employees who carry out their jobs.
3. Yes, to strengthen the culture of food safety across the organization, the Jollibee Group provides
continuing education and training for its workforce. All restaurant personnel from the company
are required to undergo food safety trainings. Jollibee Group has also trained more than 700
food quality champions and quality advocates across different levels in the organization through
its internal certification program.
