Duties & responsibility:

Classification: Internal Use

Monitoring the process & quality parameters; troubleshooting for plant optimization to ensure
smooth operations
Executing the techniques in bringing efficiency in operations for improving quality standards and
achieving cost savings
Engaged in numerous planned and unplanned start-ups/shutdowns troubleshooting
Collecting the quality feedback from LIMS & QC for pervious shift and adjusting the plant parameter
accordingly
Preparing maintenance punch list  and turnaround packages
Execution of all shutdown and start up activities in the field & Control room.
Routine checkup of all process equipment.
Reporting all the abnormalities and failure to the control room and to take
corrective measure.
Controlling and maintaining process parameters as per SOP.
Handling various work permits PTW SYSTEMS (Hot Work, Vessel Entry, and Cold Work etc.) for
maintenance work.
An effective communicator & team leader with skills in troubleshooting, team building capability and
abilities in planning & managing resources.
Creating of work orders in SAP and creation of Safety observation and audit in
SHE portal.
Receiving all chemicals and maintain the stock/consumption register and preparing chemicals for the
process ensuring adherence to follow procedures.
