Operates on assigned shift all equipment of assigned units to offer well develop
Operation abilities. Total 18 years’ experience in Petrochemical, refinery and Gas
treating in RFCC (Residual Fluid Catalytic Cracking) & PLBC (Project Blue Sky
Cilacap) PT. PERTAMINA. Should acquire full knowledge of more than one
unit/train/system, for both Control Room with Honeywell TDC 3000 and
Honeywell Experion PKS R500 and outside operations. Responsible to ensure the
operation all unit with safely and strengthen HSE leadership and Emergency
Response, observed company activities for safety and environment.

3x15MW together with Shin Nippon Japan vendor.

additional equipment to ensure plant's operation are not

 Responsible on make of work permits for maintenance
crew and ensuring their work will be safely and with
disruption to plant production
 Responsible on making a resume of product and
calculating the raw material ( EO and fatty alcohol, nonyl
phenol )
 Coordinate with other section/unit to ensure plant normal
running and not interrupted and handling emergency
situation in Ethoxylation plant such as power,
instrumentation and utility failure
 Follow training as per instruction /requirement
 Work covers : Centrifugal and Reciprocating Compressor
system ,Ethoxylation Reactor, Diathermic Fluid system,
Catalyst/Neutralizing injection system
