RESOLUTION NO. 69

A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE IN BOHOL THE PROGRAM

WHICH IS THE USE OF PHP 1,000,000 EXPENDITURE FOR THE IRRIGATION OF THE RICE FARMS
OVER 100 HECTARES WIDE, OWNED BY 50 RICE FARMERS IN POBLACION, ALICIA, BOHOL BY
THE MAYOR OF THE ALICIA MUNICIPALITY.

WHEREAS, The Php 1,000,000 will be used in covering the expenses of rice farmers for
the irrigation of their rice farms in Poblacion, Alicia, Bohol;
WHEREAS, 50 rice farmers in Poblacion, Alicia, Bohol would benefit from the program
and this resolution;
WHEREAS, The Irrigation area rice farm coverage would be at least 100 Hectares wide
measured and calculated by a professional government land surveyor, namely Mr. Louis Von
Perez;
NOW THEREFORE, on motion duly seconded, (or on motion of Marc Beaver Q. Maputol
duly seconded by Joshua Matthew Corales; or on motion of the Chairperson of the Committee
on Good Governance with secondment from the members of his committee), it was,
BE IT RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved, to let Hon. Mayor Gem Clyde Damalerio
confirm the expenditure given by the Department of Agriculture of the usage of the PHP
1,000,000 for the irrigation of the rice farms over 100 hectares wide, owned by 50 rice farmers
in Poblacion, Alicia, Bohol.

RESOLVED FURTHER, to send copies of this resolution to all the officials and offices of
the government concerned for their information.

ADOPTED June 01, 2022.

I hereby certify to the correctness of the foregoing resolution which was duly adopted
by the Sangguniang Panlungsod during its regular session held on June 01, 2022.
