 Prologue

As a student for me, this field trip is very necessary so that I can learn
and find my own shortcomings. It also helps me have a new experience
in myself about many skills, knowledge, and vision for the future.

The report was written according to what I learned after the field trip and
partly on the Internet, so there are errors and misunderstandings, I hope
the teachers understand!

I. GENERAL INTRODUCTION OF THE COURSE

II. CONTENT REPORTS

In this report, talk about the actual visit at the company that you visited
with the delegation. The report will talk about each part of the tour such
as company introduction, activities, conclusions and some feelings after that trip.

III. COMPANY INFORMATION AND ACTIVITIES

1. About ZAMILSTEEL . Company

Zamil Steel group of companies, a subsidiary of Zamil Industrial

Investment Company, was established in 1977. Zamil Steel is a global
leader in the manufacture of pre-engineered steel buildings and the
Middle East's premier supplier of structural steel products and process
equipment, transmission and telecommunications towers, open web steel
joists, and roof & floor steel decks.

In 1993, the company set up a representative office in Ho Chi Minh
City, Vietnam and began exporting steel buildings to the South East
Asia region. Four years later, in 1997, witnessing the robust growth
potential of South East Asia, Zamil Steel took early initiatives to build
our first plant in the Noi Bai Industrial Zone, Hanoi. The co-investment
between Zamil Industrial Investment Company (ZIIC) and Mitsui & Co.,
Ltd has resulted in a 100% foreign owned joint-venture – Zamil Steel
Buildings Vietnam Co., Ltd. In March 2022, Zamil Industrial Investment
Company has become the sole investor for Zamil Steel Buildings
Vietnam Co., Ltd
Today, Zamil Steel Buildings Vietnam runs two state-of-the-art factories
with a total capacity of 120,000 MT of steel buildings per year. Further,
the team has grown to over 1,000 staff and workers and has successfully
expanded our sales network to ten Southeast Asia countries and
Bangladesh. The company has delivered nearly 7,000 buildings to
clients all over the world, ranging in a variety of sectors, from heavy
industrial manufacturers, to commercial investors, institutional bodies,
and real estate owners

IV. FEELING ABOUT THE REAL TOUR

Through this tour, students gained more knowledge about organizational

management and how a company works. The working arrangement
creates a friendly environment, the manners and communication with
visitors and members of the company are treated fairly. The company
has its own working rooms and factories that clearly distinguish each
department and organization with high discipline. Through this trip, I
learned about the actual working environment at the company and
shared more about working opportunities so that I could be better
prepared in terms of knowledge and necessary skills later. after
graduation.

V. ACKNOWLEDGMENTS.

First of all, I would like to thank the school and the teacher for creating
the conditions with the company to organize the field trip so that I and
the students can have more practical experiences. Help me learn a lot of
things and draw from myself what problems are lacking to draw
experience later. We would also like to thank ZAMILSTEEL for
designing a company tour and enthusiastically helping us answer our
questions.
