III. Pre-exercise and Post-Exercise Assessment of the Physical Self.

Write about the state of your physical body before routines are done. Name effects of the
routines on your body.

What did you gain from performing your exercise routines? Tell me if it is good for you or not.
Tip: An assessment is an evaluation. It’s not just mere description or stating of data. It involves judging strengths,
weaknesses, and area/s for improvement etc. of your physical self (in this case).
To do so, collect and integrate your preliminary measurement (height, weight, BMI) and other health and wellbeing
related info (i.e. sleep patterns, level of focus on academics & chores at home, eating habits, etc.). Compare and
contrast these preliminary measurements and health/wellbeing info BEFORE you started the two-week exercise and
AFTER you completed the two-week exercise.
