We are first of its kind digital finance referral app. We are a

Fintech company and work digitally PAN India. We are based
out in Mumbai and cater to our customers in 1300+ cities in
secured and unsecured loan market and having 8000 associates
across in 1300+cities. We have tie ups with almost all banks and
NBFCs in India e.g., SBI, HDFC, Kotak, Axis, Bajaj Finance,
Aditya Birla, IDFC, Tata Capital, Paysense, Incred, Neogrowth,
Lending Kart, Standard Chartered bank, Federal bank etc. We
deal in all types of loan products- Personal loan, Business Loan,
Home loan, Loan against property,etc.

 3. What is my job role?
Candidate’s job will be in loan sales. We have opening
for designations from Junior sales to Vice President that to
in 1300+ locations

4. How can I work in Deeesha?

You have 2 options in working with us
a. As an Employee
b. As an Associate

You can work as an employee in our company in which you will

get salary as per your expectation and you will surely get 20% to
70% hike in your current salary but also you have to bring 2.5
times to 3 times of income for company based on your income,
For example; Imagine (Don’t tell “Your”) that someone’s
monthly income is 20000, so he must bring 50000 to 60000
incomes for the company in a month which will be disbursement
of an unsecured loan of amount 20,00,000 to 25,00,000.

5. What will be my designation?

Your designation will be admirable as compared to
your current designation and that will be decide in the
second round of the interview.
Note for Interns: If the candidate is not looking for any
change/Job then make him an associate so that he can build
good relationship with company and in future can work as a full-
time employee with us.

6. How can I join as an Associate?
a) If you are not looking for any change/Job you can work
as an associate with us.

b) As an associate you can earn on payout basis, you have

get referral fee whenever you refer any customer (That
also within 1 hour of loan disbursement).

c) UNSECURED LOAN: 1% to 2% payout fees, depends

upon Bank and loan amount.

d) SECURED: 0.2% to 0.7% payout fee, depends upon

Banks and Loan amount.

e) You can also refer associate under you. If he brings any

customer, you also get payout up to 30% of his Income
(within 1 hour of loan disbursement).
f) If the candidate ask where will I find my customers lead
update tell him that “On our official website which gets
updated in every 2 hours”

7. What will be your job role? (If asked then say)

You have to disburse customer’s loan which can be
Personal loan/ unsecured business loan / loan against
property.

Home Loan / Loan Against property, etc.?
• If yes, how many years of experience?
• If no, do you have experience in sales of credit
cards, insurance, mutual funds, and sales in any
finance company?
• Are you working somewhere right now? (If yes then
ask designation, pin code, product, department / if
no then are you looking for job right now?)
• What is current or last drawn net salary that came in
your bank account?
• Are you looking for a job change?

8. Do you have office in our city? How would I work if you

do not have an office in my city?

We work digitally PAN India. Our head office is in Mumbai. If
you work as an employee, you would work on the field in your
own city and we will track you through our GPS mobile app.
Everything is done online. We do not need a physical office in
your city. We don’t need to have branches and offices in every
city. Do you know Ola, Zomato, Swiggy, they work everywhere
without having offices in every city these companies do not have
offices everywhere but their people work digitally? We work in
the same way i.e., digitally.

Also even if we work from Mumbai and you work

from your current city, then you will receive
employee ID card, appointment letter, etc. after you
join.

NOTE FOR INTERNS: Job role is “Field Sales Role”… and

not work from home.

9. How do I trust that you are a genuine company and

not a fake company?
We have our own website- www.deeesha.com and our
Deeesha app on play store.
We have our YouTube channel named Deeesha Finance. We are
present on all the social media platforms-Facebook, Instagram,
LinkedIn etc. You can go through them to know about us.
