Cloud Nine Ceiling Service will engage in ceiling contractor services for both residential and commercial
enterprises and offers both internal and external ceiling construction such as: Ceiling Fan Installation &
Repair, Light Fixture Installation and Repair, Ceiling Repair, Ceiling Renovation, Ceiling Consultation,
Ceiling Estimation and Ceiling Installation.

Cloud Nine Ceiling Service promises to provide high-quality and friendly ceiling services. It is our most
trusted and reliable ceiling service in the country. It is our commitment to serve as your trusted
constructor to execute your project on time and on budget driven by safety, quality and a relentless pursuit
towards the satisfaction of our customer.

PRICING STRATEGY

Through creating a website or a Facebook page and, posting pictures of the finish services done by the
Cloud Nine Ceiling Service, posting designs and videos containing ceiling contents in social media.
Through word of mouth, encourage customers to share their experience of your product or service
through posting reviews on our Facebook page and website. Wherein our customers should serve as our
ambassadors for the business. There will be no cost in advertisement, since creating a website or a
Facebook page is free which doesn’t require an individual to subscribe or pay.

COMPETITIVE ANALYSIS 

In strengths, maintaining a roof is something that only a trained professional can do. Therefore, when
hiring a set of employees they should acquire a number of requirements and licenses that are needed in
order to provide these services to the public. For weaknesses, weather can impact the business cycle of a
