SIMPLE STEPS ON LEARNING HOW TO DANCE

● Dancing is an interesting past-time, which is entertained and basked by


many people around the world.
● Dancing is fun, and it has important benefits to our body as part of our
health both physically and mentally.
● Anyone can learn to dance if he wants to. He can do it with a simple
movement with the beat or music.

Step 1: Learn How to Dance with Music

● Find a type of music that is likable to you.


● Choose a song that makes you feel good and good enough to dance.
● Play the song repeatedly, listening closely for the different beats.

Step 2: Learn to Dance by Using your Head

● Gently nod your head to the beat of the music.


● Don't go exaggerated with the nodding...just move your chin up and down
timing to the beat, somewhat like gesticulating the word "yes."

Step 3: Learn How to Dance to a Beat To find the beat of a song:

● Listen closely to the strong, heavy beats.


● Clap your hands along with the beats to get a feel for the music.
● Try tapping your right foot to the strong beats and your left foot to the
weaker beats.
Step 4: Learn How to Dance with your Arms

● Swing your arms naturally.


● Raise your arms up above your head, then down by your sides.

Step 5: Learn How to Dance with a Few Steps

● Pick up one foot and then the other, like marching in place.
● Bend your knees in time to the music, taking small steps forward and
backward with both feet.
