Path to success.

One obstacle to my success during college or in the future would be being intimidated by speaking.
And when I say that it means that I have a fear of speaking in public, I have never been good at it even when it
comes to reading out loud in front of people. I won't lie I do talk a lot but when it comes to knowing the person
meaning my group of friends I wouldn't mind. Reading by myself is okay with me but when it comes to me doing it in
front of the class it is different and mostly because when I try to do it I start to freak out and just can’t read well and
start reading as if I don't know how to. I feel like this will interfere in my life basically a lot because most of the times I
must talk to people I do not know like when it comes to work or reaching my goals. If I do not change this it would be
a problem. But its just one thing that had been an obstacle to me that there have been times that it has affected me in
a way like when we would have to read a paragraph or 2 from a book and I was for a grade I would basically fail.

There are several qualities to own to achieve success in college. These qualities can range
from attending class to going above and beyond what's expected. Success comes from the
journey taken or the trail chosen. Success also comes from being prepared. As a student, I have
to accelerate to the challenge and find the trail to success along the way. Several ways I define
success is to uphold academic integrity, have the flexibility to prioritize, and to motivate
myself to remain on top of what must be accomplished. This includes honesty within the work
produced, similarly as having the ability to accomplish the work. Most of my days are long and tiring. By managing my
time wisely, I normally get everything I want for college. Even putting
in place an additional hour at work helps me manage my time more wisely and keeps me from
temptation. Which successively forces me to focus more on my College work. Also, there are
some personal barriers that could make me fail in College and I thin I know how to overcome
those.
As generic as it may sound, the language barrier is easily the biggest challenge and hurdle of my life. First of all, I
recognize that I have a weakness. Usually, I warn people that I am very scared to speak out loud just in case they
don’t understand why I've realized the best thing to do is to ask for clarification
and to not be afraid to raise questions as many times it is necessary, watching people speak also helps me.
