Progress and reporting on the 7-Pillars

The7-Pillars is the Company’s compass or guide on how we can measure

ourselves whether we are aligned or not to the goals (mission and vision).
Requires a monthly update on progress so for the remainder of 2022 that is five
(5) monthly meetings.
Invitations to the 7-Pillar champions to be issued by Ibu Cindy in the name of Pak
Danni Hassan. Day and date of meetings to be agreed in advance qith Pak Danni
since his presence at the meetings is essential. DEP and Pk Chandra can chair and
minute meetings, with the assistance of Ibu Cindy.
Dear Colleagues,
Pak Danni Hassan, Director and head of NI’s Strategic Team, would like to hold a
‘Teams’ Meeting on Monday, August 8th at 09.30 hours Jakarta time to discuss
progress on the 7-Pillars Strategy ad Workplan. The ‘Champions’ of each Pillar,
namely:
Pillar 1 People & Culture Ibu Helda
Pillar 2 Financial Stability Pak Dadi and Pak Bong
Pillar 3 Strengthen Core Business Pak Joko and Pak Chandra
Pillar 4 Elevate Customer Experience Pak Chandra
Pillar 5 Digital Foundation Pak Charly and Pak Tri

Pillar 6 Mobility Ecosystem and Business Diversification Pak Joko
Pillar 7 Health, Safety & Environment David Parry
Should prepare a couple of slides showing progress to date and work remaining
until the end of 2022. Progress is to be monitored on a monthly basis via a Teams
Meeting of the ‘Champions’ attended by Pak Danni, chaired by Pak David,
minuted and administered by Pak Chandra and Ibu Cindy. All correspondence
regarding these meetings should be addressed to Ibu Cindy.
Your attendance at his and subsequent monthly meetings will be greatly
appreciated.
