TERMS OF CONTRACT

1. Gateway Travel Agency will arrange for all travel arrangements, including
transportation, tour guide(s), and tour site(s).

2. Lunch will be provided, when necessary, as stated in the trip instructions and

charged separately.

3. A fifty percent (50%) deposit will be required to secure confirmation of

contract.

4. Final payment must be made five (5) days to prior to actual date.

5. If you cancel up to 30 days in advance, you will receive a full refund of your

deposit less a handling fee of 10% of the total tour cost.

6. We cannot be held responsible for problems due to events that are not under

our control (weather, airline delays, traffic, floods etc.)

7. A full refund will be given to the contracting party if Gateway Travel Agency

cancels the tour for any reason.
