scream and jump for joy. The parade of Bstm and Bshm students is a fun part of the event
because it demonstrates everyone's responsibility. Many exhibits are enjoyable to visit because
the participants are fantastic. There are also trainings that must be attended, and there is a lot to
learn that can be applied in everyday life and in the future. Towel folding is enjoyable because
the participants dance while folding towels with various designs. Mr. and Ms. Ihmex are one of
the best parts of the event because every participant is extremely talented and competitive,
supporters willing to lose their voice in order to support The most enjoyable part was after-party,
where the students sang and had a good time; it was also a way for the students to relieve stress.

As a Tourism Student, This event taught me a lot about leadership. It is no longer
about whether you have a status, but about whether you can be a leader without
expectinganything in return. The activities also taught me that even if you don't win in any
competition, you still a winner because you gave your all best for yourself and your classmates.

IV. KEY TAKEAWAYS

The things I learned from this event is a lot, such as the importance of working
together to achieve your goals, which I learned from the event's organizers. And one thing I will
never forget is what Ms. Aleny Joyce said: "Follow your passion; it will lead you to your
purpose," and it gave me more courage to continue with what I want to happen for my future. I
also learned that no matter who you are or what you do, you can be a leader if you put your heart
into what is best for others. The Risk Management Training also taught me how to properly kill
germs in a room or object. And one thing I learned from the activities is that it doesn't matter if
you win or lose; what matters is that you give your all and keep going
