 This is individual based assignment; no pair or group is allowed.
 Online submission is mandatory; therefore, upload the softcopy of your assignment on LMS within
given time-window.
 The hard copy shall be submitted in the immediate next class after online submission.
 Marks shall be awarded only and only if both the soft copy and hard copy are submitted.
 The assignment is supposed to be hand-written. The typed assignment shall not be accepted/graded.

In continuation to the assignment No. 1, you are required to conduct following analyses:

Q.1: Conduct Internal Factors Evaluation (IFE), External Factors Evaluation (EFE), and
Internal External Matrix (IEM) to identify strategic direction e.g. growth, maintain,
divest etcetera. (2+2+2+1)

Q.2: Conduct comprehensive SWOT analyses by involving all strengths, weaknesses,


opportunities, and threats you have identified in your first assignment. Ensure maximum
strategic options by comparing SO, ST, WO, and WT. (2+2+2+2)
