This is to notify you after several complaints from employees that you have to correct your

negative behavior.
As you know, we are a company specializing in Code of Conduct which covers major legal and
compliance risk areas to help employees make the right choice even if it is not easy, so you
should show consensus and calmness in dealing with different opinions.
I suggest that you should listen to others democratically before coming to any decisions,
otherwise disciplinary actions might be taken.
This is a formal warning that if you do not improve your behavior, we will have to reconsider
your position at the company.

Introduction
This report will aim at summarizing the internal and external problems that our company have
experienced as well as suggesting some solutions for solving all of them.
Findings
As you all know, our company has seen slack trade  due to many internal and external problems.
Particularly, there are internal problems which are about customer services including delaying in
solving customer's FAQs. Besides, poor after-sales services are making customers upset
significantly. Moving on to external problems that relates to technicality. Blurry photos and
videos, short battery life, slow cameras as well as some issues with memory cards, while the
price is not competitive are making our company slack trade these days.
Recommendations
I would like to the quality of customer care services by monitoring employees closely, making
sure that they do their job professionally. Moreover, we could hire technical experts to detect
errors existing in our products. Finally, we should lower the price to make it more competitive
because our target customers are mostly budget-minded ones who hesitate to splurge on
premium cameras.
