INTRO

- the introduction is about upgrading the inventory system of a local gym business, how the system can
do or provide to improve the business and

what is the function of that system that will help the business run smoothly.

BACKGROUND OF LOCALE

- The study is conducted at Wilfreds Gym, located in Ceferino De Mesa St. Guagua, Pampanga.

- The local gym is running for 10 years. was built on 2012.

- Dr. Wilfred Laxa is the owner and the manager is mr. roldan manlutac.

- currently have 1 instructor and 30 monthly members, for dily there are 20.
- the researchers chose the said gym as the place of implementation to help the business

Manage their records and monitor their customers. The reserchers interviewed the manager about the
process on how they work because it will

give the researchers the needed information to create the system that they need.

BACKGROUND OF THE STUDY

- Wilfreds Gym aimed to improve their management and make their records organized.

- The goal is to speed up the work and make it time efficient.

- and have an organization on their data and to secure them.

SCOPE OF THE STUDY

- The scope is connected to inventory management, Generate Report, Time Stamp, user login and data
security.

- aims to improve the methods of organizing monthly member and daily from manual writting to a
computerized system

SIGNIFICANCE OF THE STUDY

- the significance of the study is to develop an easier way, organize, time efficient in conducting
inventory and managing records and customers.

The system is an effortless management, convinient for both management and customer and is faster
access.

CONCEPTUAL FRAMEWORK

First is collecting the information needed, next is will process it by encoding, designing the system and
testing the sytem and lastly running the fully functional system.

THEORETICAL FRAMEWORK
we collected all the information, which they want. Then we studied the working of the current system
which is done manually.

We noted the limitation of that system which motivated them to have new system.

With the help of these documents we got basic ideas about the system as well as input output of the
developed system.

The most important thing is to study system thoroughly. We are studying both existing system and
proposed system so that advantages & disadvantages

of both systems can be understood.

enough on hand, so it doesn't run out but not too much that it has to be stored which costs a company
money.

this gym management system project has been developed. Through these all the records are maintained
and secured.

HYPOTHESIS-the researchers of the study form an alternative hypothesis that this significant relationship
between a computer base gym management system and login system
OBJECTIVE OF THE STUDY

-The objective of the study was to develop a Computer-based INVENTORY SYSTEM AND LOGIN system
that will help the store manage their items and customers.

respondents- since the center of the study is gym management system the members of wilfreds gym will
be the one who will be consider as the respondents of the study we have 100 respondant from
guagua so we have 68 male 32 female.
