TGS BRC RESOLUTION NO. 5, SERIES OF 2022

A RESOLUTION UNRECOGNIZING THE APPOINTMENT OF LADY TRISKELION FATIMA C.

ADORNADO AS ALBAY PROVINCE’S LADY GOVERNOR GENERAL

WHEREAS, TGS Bicol Regional Council is bestowed with executive, judicial, and legislative powers
of the Sorority in the region;

WHEREAS, TGS Bicol Regional Council adapts the TGP Local Council Code of 2002 as guidelines in
the administration of its executive, judicial, and legislative powers in the region as stated in
resolution # 3 s 2022;

WHEREAS, the TGP Local Council Code of 2002 Chapter 3 Section 13 No. 3 A I & II states that:

The Governor-General shall act as the Chief Executive Officer of the Provincial
Council and shall exercise general supervision over all City and Municipal Councils
within his jurisdiction.

The Governor-General shall hold office for a term of two (2) years and shall be
ELECTED by the members of the Provincial Assembly.

WHEREAS, TGS Bicol Regional Council does not recognize the appointment of Lady Triskelion
Fatima C. Adornado as Albay Province’s Lady Governor General;

NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, as it is HEREBY RESOLVED a Resolution Unrecognizing

the Appointment of Lady Triskelion Fatima Adornado as Albay Province’s Lady Governor
General be adapted.

FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED THAT ALL respective TGS Provincial Councils be furnished copies of
this resolution.
