TGS BRC RESOLUTION NO. 4, SERIES OF 2022

A RESOLUTION RECOGNIZING DULY ELECTED OFFICIALS OF TAU GAMMA SIGMA - BICOL

REGIONAL COUNCIL AND WITHIN ITS JURISDICTION

WHEREAS, TGS Bicol Regional Council is bestowed with executive, judicial, and legislative powers
of the Sorority in the region;

WHEREAS, TGS Bicol Regional Council adapts the TGP Local Council Code of 2002 as guidelines in
the administration of its executive, judicial, and legislative powers in the region as stated in
resolution # 3 s 2022;

WHEREAS, the ELECTED POSITIONS in the chapter, city or municipal councils, provincial councils
and regional councils should be ELECTED by its respective assembly;

WHEREAS, TGS Bicol Regional Council shall deny any appointment made by any TGP and TGS
member to any elected position within its jurisdiction;

NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, as it is HEREBY RESOLVED a Resolution recognizing

duly elected officers by their respective assembly as mandated by the LCC in the Bicol
Regional Council and within its Jurisdiction be adapted.

FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED THAT ALL respective TGS Provincial Councils be furnished copies of
this resolution.

SO RESOLVED. October 11, 2022 in Masbate City.
