Wat Thung Kraphang Hom

Wat Thung Kraphang Hom originally

called Wat Sa Ka. This temple was built
because the villagers near by had a
hard time going to Wat Don Tao It.
That temple was too far away and
inconvenience for people to go. Wat
Thung Kraphang Hom is located in
Kamphaeng Saen District, Nakhon
Pathom Province.

Sema Boundary Stone is a symbol to

represent the boundaries of a sacred
area in Buddhism.

Thep Phanom is a sculpture
that has a pattern of angels
with their patting hands. It is
usually written on the walls in
almost every temple ,but
sometimes it can be written
on doors or windows in the
hall.

Hang Hong has a form as a

tail of the swan. It is a bird
in literature used as a term
for an ornament made in the
shape of a swan's tail
installed at the lower end of
the gable of the Ubosot or
the royal palace in Thai
architecture style.
 Eave Bracket is installed at
the top of the roof that lean
up to support the weight
from the building, so it can
be more stability. Eave
Bracket is also show the
beauty of the temple from
the outside

Cho Fa has an excellent

meaning. It means a bouquet
that extends to the sky. Cho
Fa is used for decorating royal
buildings mostly and temple.
Cho fa is an ornament for
adorning the top of both
sides of the gable or the area
where the streamers meet.
