The long list of problems in our country would undoubtedly disappoint our
heroes if they were still alive. Our heroes gave it their all and risked their
lives just to defend the Filipino people. They sacrificed everything for our
independence, hence it is tragic that our adversary is also Filipino. We must
respect their efforts and dedication for the nation in such a way that we
never forget the sacrifices they have made on our behalf. Even though they
have disappointed us so far, there is still time to win them over and
convince them that the Filipino people are indeed deserving of sacrifice.
We must act right away and be inspired by what our heroes achieved for
the sake of our nation.
