Position Summary
The Director of Digital Marketing is responsible for planning, developing, implementing and managing the overall
digital marketing strategy for Veravas. This position will provide forward-thinking ideas to build and maintain a strong
company web presence and will drive all digital marketing efforts to achieve our business objectives.

Responsibilities List
 Build Veravas’ digital marketing roadmap and oversee all strategic online initiatives.
 Lead digital marketing campaigns from the idea stage through to their execution and implementation.
 Develop, manage, and maintain all digital marketing channels (e.g., website, blogs, emails and social media) to
ensure brand consistency.
 Develop and administer marketing database which includes customer and prospect information, email
marketing campaigns, customer data base listings.
 Measure ROI and KPIs and prepare budget.
 Develop campaigns to create and maintain high levels of customer interaction.
 Manage and improve online content, considering SEO and Google Analytics.
 Forecast sales performance trends and act proactively to increase our market segment.
 Liaise with Product, Design and Sales directors to increase client satisfaction through cohesive strategies.
 Monitor competition and provide ideas to stand out.
 Stay up-to-date with digital technology developments.
 Perform other duties as assigned.

Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Digital Technologies or relevant field required. MBA preferred.

Experience ☐ N/A
Proven work experience in Digital Marketing growing a consumer-based online business required.
Strong experience within the medical industry a plus or In Vitro Diagnostic (IVD) industry a plus.
Strong experience with medical marketing and knowledge of laboratory medicine a plus.
Knowledge and Skills ☐ N/A
 Demonstrable experience in designing and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns.
 Strong understanding of how all current digital marketing channels function.
 Solid knowledge of online marketing tools and best practices.
 Proficiency using Microsoft Suite and various marketing software and CRM.
 Hands on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics and CRM software.
 Familiarity with web design.
 Excellent analytical and project management skills.
 Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment with the ability to quickly prioritize and effectively
delegate tasks.
 Ability to work additional hours outside the normal workday (i.e., evenings and weekends) to be able to meet
deadlines.
 Ability to perform successfully under pressure while prioritizing and handling multiple projects with
overlapping timelines.
