RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensuring contractual manning levels are met
Ensuring employed manpower is competent, certified and medically fit for
role
Ensuring all security posts are manned 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
Maintaining daily attendance or muster reports, immediately reporting any
manning gaps or non-compliances
Provide the Client Project Security Manager with a daily situation report that
confirms:
Daily manning levels, posts manned and any manning gaps
Status reports of all security infrastructures, equipment, materials and
systems
Summarizes/lists any security event that occurred within the last 24 hours
Reports any local or regional security threats that may affect the safety,
security or continuity of the project
Highlights any security vulnerabilities at any site
Manage, maintain, review and appraise all G4S security personnel
performance, discipline and development;
Periodically review and update the G4S SOPs, General Orders and Post Orders
Immediately report any security event to the Client Project Security Manager
in accordance with Client and G4S requirements
Coordinate, lead and manage security emergency response plans utilizing all
assets under his command to maximize efficiency in response, prevent harm,
damage or loss, and support recovery and a return to normal operations
Support Client in the conduct of Security Incident Investigations in order to
identify and report immediate and root causes of any security event and
provide short and long term remedial actions to prevent reoccurrence
