Analysis and result
79.5% of the parents have a good
knowledge and 82% agreed that
sexuality information helps their
children recognise and avoid sexual
abuse. 91% of them perceived that
they have good practices in
providing sexuality education to
their children. There is no
association between the parents’
gender and their knowledge of
sexuality education. However, there
are no links between age groups,
educational level, and the parents’
knowledge of sexuality education.
The study revealed that learners’
knowledge on
sexuality education was limited, but
sexuality education does improve
learner’s abilities to make safe and
informed choices about their sexual
and reproductive health.
Result indicates three primary
factors led to the prioritisation of
sexuality education in both
Mississippi and Nigeria: local
individuals and organisations
committed to sexuality education
and supported by external actors;
broad agreement between proponents
and opponents that sexuality
education was a solution to a
pressing larger problem and strategic
action in the form of compromise,
flying under the radar and
management of gatekeepers.

The result showed that the premarital

84% of the students do not.
The findings revealed that the extent
