of it’s details, to make sure that everything is right and to give you a final buget for the whole
booking. The first question would be, which dates are you thinking of to book the package?

Student B:
1.Hello, well first of all, thank you for contacting me, second ,the original plan was to book from
August the 6th until the 30th and I’m still couting on that.

Student B:
2. Before continuing I wanted to know if services such as flights, which mine is from Mexico City,
accomodation, transfers, touristic guides, entrance guides and also tours and meals are all really
included in the package.

Student A:
2. I’m glad you asked Mark, as I am here to help you. Indeed, our package include all of those listed
services. For example, we offer you aeromexico flights that depart from the city of your choice that
lands in Lima or Cusco. When it comes to tours we haver internal flights to show you the beauty of
the Amazon, everything incluiding guides. Transfers, tickets, accomodation and meals, breafast and
dinner, are also included.

Student B
3. Okay, sounds mesmerizing. Is there any chance you could give me some details about the Inca
Trail tour, how long is it? Me and my sister really enjoy walking and we have some experince, and also
we would like to participate in those activities with a smaller group of people and without a guide as it
gives us more thrill to know the places all by ourselves.

Student A
3. Well, when it comes to the guide, it is necessary and obligatory to always have one with you. About
the tours, we have some different level of difficulties, the one that fits the most with your profile is
the Inca Wonders as you get the chance to adventure yourselves in a five day trip that will push a bit
for you and in small groups. The trip is 39 km long as you can carry tents, food and any other
equipment if necessary.

Student B:
4. I’m not really flattered with the offert, as four hours is a long trip from Lima, is there any chance I
can change that part of the package for a two day and one night staying in Huacachina, as it probably
benefit us more?

Student A:
4. Unfortunately, that only can happen if you agree to pay more to the total cost of the package as
the optional tours are not included.

Student B:
5. Well in that case, we decline that idea and keep up with the original package, how much will be the
total cost for everything?
Student A:
5. As for eveything, since the package will be the original one, the total will be US 4200$ which is
inside the budget.
