Subject: Consequence Matrix for Minor Asset Management

Dear All,

As a part of continuous improvement initiatives taken up within the Group and with reference to memo #
2019/CS/0105/00 dated 29th October 2019 regarding Management of Minor Assets, Group Management would
like to announce the introduction of Consequence Matrix for Minor Asset Management.

Group Management strongly believe that the prescence of robust Consequence Matrix is one of the key system tools
to enable control over cost of repairs & maintenance as well as prevention of complete loss of assets.

In order to ensure that Minor Assets are managed as per the standard policy and guidelines of the Group, the
consequence matrix attached as (Annexure 1) must be followed and implemented at all levels.

All concerned are advised to note:

1. the contents of this memo and ensure strict compliance to the same; and,
2. that this memo has been reviewed and approved by Mr. Anand Ramadoss
