4. Brief introduction about the event:
Community health education conducted on the topic
VECTOR BORNE DISEASES – MALARIA on
25/07/2022 at the village temple on 6:30 pm
As we conducted the survey the village is having more
stagnant waters and chances of increase in mosquito
breeding where their to make awareness about the villagers
regarding the mosquito breeding what and all the are
measures ,what are the things want to do and want are the
things they don’t do and explained them about the
complications through the form of a drama and all the
villagers where assembled there.

5. Activity
Details: The health education was conducted for all the
village members those who came at the temple and
 other village members also get the knowledge as we are
conducted the health education using mic set and all
150 family are there in ATTURU village

Drama was conducted based on the vector borne diseases

and make all the villagers gain knowledge and to avoid self
treatment and make them aware about the consequences
and complications of don’t undergoing proper treatment and
care childrens where actively engaged in the drama and they
where responding back.

We make the villagers aware of the importance of

maintaining personal hygiene , how to maintain their home
and surroundings clean , how to dispose waste , measures to
prevent the growth and breeding of mosquitos , explained
about the adverse effects and what are the things that want
to do and They don’t
 6. Recommendations & Reflections
The reccomendation fpr Atturu village is to improve the
sanitation , hygiene, and proper waste management and
cleaning by providing adequate health education and
knowledge by explaining the adverse effects of not maintaing
it properly

7. Summary
The community health education helps to make the
village members in Atturu to gain more knowledge
about vector-borne diseases and the measures to
prevent the chances of getting affected by the disease
and about the treatment measures . The health
education on vector-borne disease malaria was
addressed to improve the living condition of the
villagers
