    Catbalogan City

    General Problem: Vaccine uptake in elderly is of particular importance as increasing

    age is the leading risk factor for mortality and complications from COVID-19 infections.

    This study aims to identify factors affecting elderly perceptions on COVID-19 vaccines

    and to identify its underlying factors.

    Specific Questions:

    Specifically, it seeks to answer the following questions:

    • What are the key factors affecting vaccine hesitancy among elderly

    participants?

    • How can these factors affect the decision-making process of elderly for

    vaccination?

    • How are these concerns can be addressed by the Local Government Unit?
