Explanation of weekly tasks:

Week 1 : The lecturer precisely explains the tasks that need to be done by the students within
the time given.

Week 2 : Students start to look for group members of 5-6 people before proceeding with the
task given.

Week 3 : Each group member suggests which company need to be chosen for the assignment.
Week 4 : Brainstorming session with group members by sharing useful ideas and having a
clearer workflow.

Week 5 : Each member of the group plays a crucial role by splitting the task in order to reduce
the workload.

Week 6 : All group members start to work on individual research and reliable sources.

Week 7 : All group members start to work on individual research and reliable sources.

Week 8 : All group members have an online discussion through Google Meet regarding the
resources found.

Week 9 : Each of the group members decides on the article that needs to be used and align
with suitable articles as references.

Week 10 : All group members working on their parts to complete the report before the final
submission.

Week 11 : A slide presentation was prepared during this week and each group member
completed their part for the slide presentation.

Week 12 : Each of the group members prepared to record their video and audio presentations
and insert them into the slide presentation before the final submission.

Week 13 : The written assignment was submitted through Turn-it-in for the purpose of
plagiarism checking and the video presentation was complete and ready for the final
submission.

Detailed explanation of work delegation:

Task 1: Muhammad Syukri were in charge of this task and was appointed as the leader of the
group and have been assisted by Nur Syafiqah. The process went smoothly, where all 6
members have been selected and give their best in listing the company. No challenges were
encountered since all the group’s members cooperated and voluntarily to join the group.

Task 2: Fadzlin Syafiqah were in charge of this task and have been assisted by Muazzam Shah.
The process went smoothly, and the company name has been chosen for the assignment.
However, problems occurred when deciding which company is suitable for the assignment
where more time was needed for the discussion. The solution was taken where each group
member was discussed of their preferability of which company has more benefit and easy
access towards information. The discussion also includes the pros and cons based on the
company. All the group’s members have come to the end of the discussion and decided which
company need to be chosen.

Task 3: Nur Aqila Natasha and Maisarah were in charge of this task. The process went well
where all the members were meeting online through Google Meet to brainstorm the idea
besides searching for the information and discussing the content including the slide presentation
and the report writing. Problems occurred when it consumes more time since there is too much
information. The solution has been taken where the group members decided to divide the task
based on the content discussed.

Task 4: All members were involved in dividing and successfully completing the task on time.
This includes the slide presentation, video recording and report writing. The process went
smoothly and there is no problem arising since all members are cooperating and helping with
one and another including the sharing of the information.

Task 5: Muhammad Syukri and Muazzam Shah were in charge of this task. Throughout the
process, it went very well where every member cooperates and give their best in explaining and
completing the video presentation and the is no problem occurring.

Task 6: Maisarah and Nur Syafiqah were in charge of this task. The compilation of the slide
presentation went well and smoothly before it can be submitted on time besides there is no
problem arising throughout the process.
Task 7: Fadzlin Syafiqah and Nur Aqila Natasha were in charge of this task. The compilation of
an assignment went smoothly and well, as all the members successfully to submit their parts
according to the deadline of the assignment.
