The tachometer displays the incorrect engine

speed (RPM)
Background
After some time the tachometer begins
displaying engine speeds as too low. The 15
calibration potentiometer has changed because 20
of the vibration in the instrument panel.

The supplier has corrected this problem by

cardiagn.com
securing the calibration potentiometer with
paint.
