Fuel contaminated coolant in engines with unit injectors

Applies to DC11 and DSC/DC12.

Background
There have been instances of fuel leaking past
the unit injector sleeve and contaminating the
coolant. The leak only occurs if the O-rings on
the unit injector are damaged.

Action
Improved production methods have rectified the
problem from the following engine numbers:
