Hydraulic pump adjustment

1. Turn on the feeder pump in local mode

2. check any hydraulic leak from the DDM
3. check feeder pressure approximate 22bar
4. Disconnect the fuses for cw/ccw valve and free rotating valve.
5. Turn on one of the main pump
6. connect the 70 bar pressure gauge to KG port = 17 bar
7. Connect the 70 bar pressure gauge to right port. ( If the pump is very
noisy, high range of pressure gauge should be used for checking.)
8. Adjust the stroke ( the screw for balancing) to balance the pressure to 17
bar.
9. Connect the 70 bar pressure gauge to the left port and it should be 17 bar,
if not slight adjustment on the screw again and get them closer.
10. close the torque valve flow control Fig 4 (or cap V Port) to check the max
pressure = 350 bar
11. Pull the vice grip towards you to crank the stroke and check the max
pressure on the right port. If not, set the max pressure adjustment screw to
set the pressure to 350 bar.
