Software Application for Hotel Management

 Advantages:
This application will help in managing the hotel rooms’ occupation, guests’
reservations and will preserve all the data history in a protected database.

 Requirements:

1. A software development team to create and manage the application and


the databases. Also some designers to make the user interface easier to
read and understand.
2. 1-2 months of development.
3. Required budget: 500$ initial setup fee and 10$/room/month.

 Stakeholders:
Hotel owners and investors, manager and employees, destination management
offices, hotel guests, online travel agencies as well as the internet service
provider.

1 Project Definition
The project will consist of developing an app that manages a hotel rooms’ occupation and
reservation and will keep all the history of reservation, finance, and customers. The app will
show when certain rooms will be available and it will let the next reservation in line know. As
well as it gives the ability to reserve and order room service from that app. Once the app is
developed and ready to go it will keep getting serviced for future updates and improvements.

• To successfully bring in more customers to this hotel

• To have customers and guests sort their needs using the designated app
• To build a brand new database and working system for the whole hotel business
which will save time and make hotel management up to 60% more efficient than any
other normal hotel.
• To provide a new customer complaints service to enable customers to issue
complaints online and receive a direct response from the hotel management.

• To install new accounts where the customer is able to pay for their reservation
and with the exact time the room was booked
• To build a new technology infrastructure which takes the hotel business to a new
level.
• To build a new website which allows the business to become more known not
just locally, but also to become the first choice for tourists.
