Alhamdulilah, we are most grateful to Allah S.W.T for the completion of this report as one of
the requirements that need to be accomplish in the course of work assessment for the code
OBM301.

Special thanks to all the team members who have given 100% cooperation in carrying out
this work and the assessment has been completed perfectly. Besides, not to be forgotten my
lecturer which are Miss Wan Nor Syazana Wan Hashim for the kindness in helping us during
the process of completion of this assessment. She has given us a good service by providing
useful information to us. Without her, we would not be able to complete this assessment.

This assessment covers definition and history of management, types of management,

principle of management and characteristic of management.
