ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

First of all we would like to thank to Allah S.W.T. as finally we were able to
finish our assignment that have been given to us. This assignment had been done with
all afford by our group members which are consist of Zainur Ashyeerah binti
Badrolhisam, Nurul Izzati binti Jais, Noor Atikah binti Mahmud, Muhammad Harraz
Mohd Zuhairi, and Nurul Izzati binti Zulkifli. We always work hard to produce a
good assignment with our full commitment and responsibility.

A big thank to our Principles of Public Relation’s lecturer, Madam Farrah Nadia
Binti Baharuddin because without her guide, our assignment cannot be done properly
like this. She always give us support and guide to us how to do our assignment in
purpose to produce a good outcome from theory that has been learned and teach in
class.

Besides that, we also want to say thank to the respected authority that had been
willingly to let us interview them to collect our new knowledge and new information
about this Majlis Perbandaran Klang (MPK) under Public Relations Management that
has been responsible to gives guide to us. Our assignment could never be completed
without the help from them, spending some time with us and giving details briefing
and information about the issue or challenges that they face with the public in Klang.

Lastly, we want to give a big thanks to our fellow classmate because they also
help us in giving some idea to make and doing this assignment. They guide us and
give some explanation on how we should improve and done this assignment.
