A - Advocate positive curricular reforms to ensure quality of education.


- They ensure that the curriculum is at its finest. Ensuring that all of teaching is meaningful and
effective is their utmost goal through planning and executing what needs to be changed.

B- Broaden understanding of the teaching and learning process.


- They’re the ones who execute the curriculum plan and in order for them to to that, it is through
their expertise, creativity, and commitment that any curriculum success is attributed. If they
couldn’t and didn’t follow the rules regarding on the implemented curriculum, it may be one of
the factors why the curriculum won’t be effective.

C- Conduct research to enhance curriculum content and improve teaching and learning.
- They seek answers and new discoveries with the goal of enhancing the content of the curriculum.
They go beyond what is already used to in order to create innovations and plan on curriculum
content.

D- Develop appropriate curriculum for students.


- They develop curriculum for students through their expertise, creativity, and dedication, make
sure that the curriculum is implemented as planned. They plan, they spend effort, time, and execute
it base on their roles.

E - Evaluate curriculum materials and the implementation of the curriculum.


- Gives suggestions and recommendations to improve the existing curriculum or assess the newly made
curriculum. They help in creating more effective learning experiences through studying the given
curriculum, making assessments of the student’s performance, surveying their progress in order for them
to know what would be the help needed and the decisions, like changes and improvements to be made in
terms of the curriculum.

F- Facilitate activities to ensure public understanding of every single curriculum


reform.
- Plans different school activities and make sure that all educational goals set by the Department
of Education are met. They also work with parents and community leaders and win their support
to any school activities and projects.

G - Gather important data needed for curriculum planning.


- They gather data to measure the effectiveness of the implemented curriculum and to know the
contents needed for making one. This provides information as to what would be the most effective
curriculum to be implemented.

H- Harness community resources in curriculum development.


- They effectively manage the financial, human, and physical resources of the region and effectively
improve the quality of education in the region they are assigned to. They make use of the resources and use
it to make a quality curriculum that will be taught to students.

I - Innovate curriculum and instruction.


- They do the instruction, ensuring that all the methods and strategies they carried out are effective in
student’s learning. Every teacher uses different methods and strategies which they think is best needed for
students, the teachers also assess student’s progress so they can keep track of the students record if they
have learned something based on the approach the teacher have used

J- Justify the need to innovate, evaluate, and develop curriculum.


- They always have the need to create an effective, and most importantly, develop a curriculum
that is best for students with innovation and more developed than the first ones. They create new
ideas, evaluate the older ones they have made, and made changes based on what they have
observed.

K- Know every learner needs, issues, and interests.


- Before they will be using the curriculum to their students, they need to study it beforehand in order for
them to know how they are going to guide and help the students. They are required to know the needs of
the students whether the teaching strategy they are going to use is effective and fulfills the need of the
students.

L- Lobby congressional support for bills that are needed for curriculum reforms.
- They’ll have suggestions regarding the curriculum reforms to ensure that the curriculum is best
for the school. They also take part on the congressional support to make sure that their ideas and
suggestions will be lobbied.

M - Manage curriculum implementation and curriculum change.


- Their roles as implementers of the curriculum are very crucial because they’re the ones who
execute the plan and in order for them to to that, it is through their expertise, creativity, and
commitment that any curriculum success is attributed. If they couldn’t and didn’t follow the rules
regarding on the implemented curriculum, it may be one of the factors why the curriculum won’t
be effective.

N- Nurture creativity and critical thinking in the curriculum.


- Important mental skills that all educators and students should possess. Creativity and critical
thinking are essential traits that everyone should have

O- Orient teachers, students, parents, and other stakeholders on the new


curriculum.
- Everyone who cares about the curriculum should be informed of all the changes it is going
through. Everyone needs to understand what these changes are because they happen constantly.

P- Provide updated knowledge on the subject they teach.


- Information shouldn't become outdated. It ought to be current, useful, and timely. Every piece of
knowledge should be used in practical settings.

- Filtering curriculum concepts and theories. These qualified curricula, concepts, and theories are
best suited to give students and teachers an education of the highest caliber.

R- Reflect on different researches that influence the curriculum.


- A research-based curriculum is essential because it has a significant impact on educational
quality. Since curriculum is dynamic and changes, those of us who work with it should be flexible.

S- Select appropriate instructional strategies, methods, and approaches.


- The teaching-learning process is influenced by elements such as effective techniques, methods,
and approaches. Because of this, we must choose those strategies, methods, and approaches that
ensure learning effectiveness.

T- Train teachers who will implement the curriculum.


- Teachers are essential members of the curriculum team. They should have professional
development opportunities including trainings and seminars to improve their abilities to carry out
the program.

U- Understand implications of social issues and social changes in the curriculum.


- A curriculum should change to reflect social changes and issues. As previously stated, curriculum
is dynamic, and anyone who develops, plans, or implements a curriculum should be flexible.

V- Validate the contents of the curriculum.


- It is crucial that content be validated so that students can learn accurate and trustworthy
information. A curriculum's content should be unbiased and founded on factual information.

W- Win support from stakeholders and government on needed curriculum


reforms.
- Stakeholders in the curriculum, including the government, are included. Once changes are
available, their assistance will be extremely helpful in the process of implementing and revising.

- It is important to remove obstacles to curriculum implementation so that it doesn't impair students'
learning. There should be no barriers to learning and the progress should be continuous.

- For every learner, we just want the best education possible. We could achieve this by putting in
place a pertinent and adaptable curriculum. A program that aids pupils in growing personally and
contributing to their community.

- The implementation of the curriculum should not include any irrelevant or incorrect content.
Cross-validating the information that we include in the curriculum's contents is crucial for this
