Business Need: This project has been initiated to improve our processes and
provide customers online access to our vehicle inventory. Build a platform to help
facilitate the operations and simplify transactions, to increase market share,
profitability, and brand recognition.
Business Requirements: This new system must accomplish the following:
 Match customers with vehicles online via the inventory search
 Supervise the sales process and tracking vehicle options, trade-ins, sales
discounts, and financing options.
 Capture customer information
 Provide product search capability
 Provide document upload capability
 Provide capability to produce reports
Business Value: This project is being initiated to introduce our products to a new
market, with the goal of increasing net sales by 20 percent.

 Increase in sales resulting in approximately $620,000 in revenue from new
online presence
