One method of enhancing and enriching the abilities of

scholars is by undertaking the On-the-Job Training. Students who

are seizing a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology are

given the possibility to undergo the so-called On-the-Job

Training to be able to apply the knowledge they acquired from

school to their respective chosen agencies. It's the start of the

best educational experience a BSIT student would encounter. it's

a way of developing their sense of responsibility upon performing

the given task by their supervisors and also the remainder of the

staff. It's also the time for a BSIT student to develop the

desirable traits of a future office worker. Thus, a BSIT student

has the chance to develop attitudes, skills, and understanding

which is critical for the sector of data technology, particularly

within the IT/ computer-related workplaces because it is

professionals.

As BSIT students, the On-the-Job Training provides a

background of what's occurring in a certain office. On-the-Job

Training provides the chance in promoting worthy values and

developing strong moral character among people within the

community. it's one of all the factors that are helpful to the

scholars in enriching and enhancing their knowledge learned in

class. it's also a technique for preparing the BSIT student for

the important world of labor after schooling.

 The On-The-Job Training was conducted at the Management

Information System’s office, Mindoro State University Calapan

City Campus, from March 2022 to June 2022 with a total of four

hundred and eighty-six (486) hours.
