Assisting the administrative process in the human resource development department in
recapitulating the needs of application software installation in each position description of each
function of the company. As well as, entering the attendance of participants from each training
that has been carried out from February - October 2022. So it succeeded in recapitulating ± 259
job descriptions to be entered into the Google Drive of the human resource development work
function, checking the attendance of training participants around ± 2000. Inputting the identity
data of 193 trainee employees into the Microsoft Excel attendance file
Assisted in finding vendors that provide K3 training services in the fields of occupational safety
and health, firefighting, altitude, electricity, and English courses for the business level.
Successfully obtained information and contacted 5 vendors related to OHS training (work
environment, level D firefighting, altitude, electricity, and business-level English courses)
Coordinated with the OB department, senior employee development staff, direct sales
department, and human resources department to prepare and smooth the training process for new
sales function employees

Established a new employee database by helping to create a new database by searching and
locating job vacancy accounts by region, and contacting one of the influencers focusing on
human resources content to share job vacancies and increase the number of applicants
Conducting recruitment process and flow starting with posting job vacancies for candidates in
specific positions that are in need through online job portals. Conduct and assess offline and
online psychological tests (CFIT, DISC, and Kraeplin). Also, organized, invited, and assisted in
scheduling online interviews between senior recruiters, human resource managers, or users of
specific job functions in need
Successfully screened 72 new employee candidates, consisting of 37 focused candidates for
Gold's Gym Surabaya, and 35 focused candidates for Gold's Gym Jabodetabek area within one
week. Also successfully conducted psychological tests on 13 new candidates offline, and 6 new
candidates online. psychological tests on 6 new candidates online

Lead two people in a department consisting of a deputy head of department and one member
Responsible for the scope of human resources in an organization such as performance appraisal
in the department and members of the organization based on, developing training and
development that focus on management time, giving awards for the best department and
members, helping to find CVs for prospective committee members of events made by the
department of organizational development, public relations, and community service
Increased member engagement by holding monthly meetings, evaluations, and Ramadan fast-
breaking events with members of the organization
Held an appreciation program five times consisting of five exemplary departments, members,
and interns by giving out award pins, and collaborating with the media and information
department for branding by posting photos of the best departments, members, and interns
Assisted in the curriculum vitae and interview selection process and managed to get three
organizational interns, and a total of ± 120 committee members who were divided into several
events formed by several departments namely "Pyschofutsal", "Psychology Volunteers", "Buka
Puasa Bersama Alumni Universitas Mercubuana Yogyakarta", "PKKMB Faculty Level" and
"MAKRAB" events
