 Manage job analysis and organization structure update for all positions.
 Manage yearly end-to-end internal employee assessment process (promotion & talent mapping) from non-staff
to manager position.
 Responsible for analyze assessment method for succession planning, and assist employees & their manager for
Individual Development Plan (IDP) process and conduct Performance Improvement Program (PIP) process.
