(Definitely yes = yes, without a doubt), I think life can be tedious without sports. I have recently
engaged in a badminton group/club, and if I don’t want to sweat much, yoga/meditation class would be
my (top/first) (choice/priority). ( I think I am good at being a goal-keeper)
(with some teammates and I find it beneficial and enjoyable in all sense.)
Oh, I think it’s a hard question to say, let me narrow down the question,
Well, it varies. I mean it depends on different age groups. Say, the elderly tend to partake in some
activities that are less physically demanding like taichi, meditation or yoga while younger people lean
towards much more physically and intellectually demanding ones like football, table tennis, and board
games like chess.
I’m not highly sure if they like it, but they seem to care for it more than ever simply because they have
had better standard of living and realized how important it is in a fast-paced society.
I would say it was none other than football/aerobics, and I’ve been sticking to it for donkey’s years
since I turned 10 or so. However, I don’t stand much chance playing sport as I used to because I am
snowed under with work, to be brutally frank.
By and large, I think I am more into watching live rather than on TV despite having a neat flat screen TV.
Mainly because the vibe and sense of reality at stadiums really speak volumes.
