Nowhere can you find anyone who is not interested in sports. From the
ancient period, sports have been playing an essential role in our life. Sports
bring a range of benefits such as: enhancing mental and physical health,
improving relationships, and reinforcing some social skills.
The first benefit of playing sports is some physical health benefits. By this I
mean, when we participate in some sports games like football or volleyball
we have to use our legs or hands to play. As a result, playing sports helps us
to enhance our physical health, improve muscle, and keep fit.
Last but not least watching or playing sports has a great impact on our
