ancient period, sports have been playing an essential role in our life. Sports
bring a range of benefits such as: enhancing mental and physical health,
improving relationships, and reinforcing some social skills.

The first benefit of playing sports is some physical health benefits. By this I
mean, when we participate in some sports games like football or volleyball
we have to use our legs or hands to play. As a result, playing sports helps us
to enhance our physical health, improve muscle, and keep fit.

Secondly, watching or playing sports also brings some mental health


benefits. For example, if you like watching football, you can spend time
watching some football matches with your family or friends and then discuss
sports with them. It’s an effective way for us to release harmful stress, and
feel relaxed after a long time of working or studying.

Last but not least watching or playing sports has a great impact on our
relationships. Especially if you participate in some sports games, then you
could make friends who have the same interest.
