Role Definition -

Sales & Marketing Executive is one who is responsible to plan and execute all market activities in line
with the marketing strategy to get visibility, create credibility and generate leads for the business via
various channels. He is also responsible for visiting clients and generating sales and revenue.

Responsibilities Deliverable –

1. Data Sourcing and Management

2. Planning & Scheduling Calls, visits, meetings and sales for Revenue generation for new Client
satisfaction - order management
3. Developing selling skills, team management and business knowledge to grow into a business
development executive.
4. Responsible for achievement of revenue target and management business objectives
5. Travelling to different client locations – on need basis
6. Market research, lead generation, Nurturing and converting a potential lead to
appointments.

Experience: 

7 to 18 Yrs of experience in IT Staffing Sales, Business Development, IT Talent Deployment, Lead

Generation, Converting Potential Leads, Contract Staffing, Staffing Sales, GIC, Client Acquisition &
Staff Augmentation.

Measurement Metrics -

1. # Of leads sourced or generated from the existing or new channel partners.

2. # Of meeting setup per month.
3. # Of sales generated per month.
4. # Of revenue generated per month.
