Dear diary,
Today, I participated in a relay race. My three teammates and I arrived at the school field early
to do warm-up exercises. We were very excited.
When the race began, my friend Joanne was running as fast as she could. Suddenly, she lost her
balance and fell down. She injured her ankle. However, she did not give up. She ran and then
passed the baton to Amina. Amina ran as fast as lighting and she managed to close the gap.
Amina passed the baton to me and I ran as fast as I could. I then passed the baton to the last
runner, Siti. She ran very fast and we won the race. We were very happy!

Have you ever read any Chinese fables with illustrations on every page? If the answer is
