1/ Why do you think most American teachers are women?

In my opinion, not only America but also other countries in the world, most people
think that majority of the teachers are women. Because the woman is very careful,
meticulous, and especially patient with the student. They are easy to share and
empathize with and motivate students. However, I also admire a teacher very
much. I have studied Chemistry of the teacher for three years. He has a good sense
of humor, always sharing and helping me with my studies. He also does not charge
for the tuition of disadvantaged students. He has won the title of excellent teacher
at school and provincial level

2/ What kinds of people become teachers in your country?

Some are students in difficult circumstances because when you learn pedagogy you
don't have to pay money, others are because of your passion and interest. There are
even some parents who are forced because this is a noble profession

3/Does teaching deserve more respect than other professionals?

Because teaching brings many benefits to society. A teacher can create a whole
society. He is a spiritual architect, shaping dreams, providing knowledge for
students and learning only other skills in life. Our country has a Vietnamese
Teachers Day to honor teachers. There is a proverb that
