SANITATION IS THE KEY TO A GOOD ENVIRONMENT

A clean environment yields effectiveness in any locality, the question is how? Using

ukwulu which is located in Anambra State University as a case study, student in ANSU Igbariam

campus perfer other locality to live in,than like; Otoko, Junction, Awkuzu and so on than ukwulu

reasons, because ukwulu do not have a conducive environment, and at that, do not have a lively

student-like environment and so many reasons.

This can make population there in(ukwulu) to be lesser ,lonely and look deserted,which can lead

to hidden crimes .Some problems ukwulu faces includes;

1:Bushes/Forest

2:stagnated water

3:Refuges

4:poor environmental management and sanitation.

1,Bushes/Forest;
 When an environment is bush a lot of environment crises can arose like, scaring habitants, and

accommodating rodents, reptiles, mosquitoes, insects and other pests that will bring discomfort

for living organisms living there, This can even scare anticipating accommodation seekers. This

can also bring in crimes that one can get away with like theft, kidnapping, rape, bully etc

2.Stagnat water :This factor can cause a lot of harm to man dirty water that have an

accommodation with human will breed mosquitoes which discomfort man and causes sickness

like Malaria, This factor also produces bad odor in such environment and can make habitat of

such area relocate, living few who might not might not able to foot the bill of relocating at the

meantime and making such place lonely deserted and scary .

3:Refuses: proper deposing of waste, should be the priority of any Man to his environment but

when it is not done ,man is forced to live with rodent and other discomfort that comes with it .

4: Poor Environmental Management And Sanitation

Man (students) should learn to bring out days for sanitation in environment to avoid sickness,

and other environment crisis that follows.

When the habitats (students) of ukwulu there will be positive changes effectiveness and good

health because when people in that environment (the students) there will few or less student who

are able to go to school for an effective result same with the lecturer, because some

communicable diseases can be transferred.
