Data Analysis (General linear model mixed ANOVA)

The researchers will utilize the statistical technique General Linear Model in this study.
Specifically, the researchers will use the statistical test of Mixed Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) which
compares the differences of the groups that have been split on two "factors" (independent variables),
where one factor is a "within-subjects" factor and the other factor is a "between-subjects" factor. Mixed
ANOVA will be used to determine whether the change in compliant behavior (dependent variable) is the
result of interaction of the presence of law enforcement officer (which act as the within-subjects factor)
and the attitude of the law enforcement officer (which act as the between-subject factor).

For between-subject factor which was the attitude of the law enforcement officer, the
researchers used the statistical models described as

where Y was the compliant behavior (dependent variable), X is the attitude of the law enforcement
officer (independent variable), e is for the number of citizens that

Within-subject factor: PRESENCE OF LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICER

Between-subject factor: ATTITUDE OF LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICER

Y1 + Y2 = b0 + b1X + e
