I RHEY S. ERAG ,of legal age,single,Filipino citizen and resident of PLAIN VIEW VILLAGE
SASA ,Davao city, after having been duly sworn in accordance with law, hereby depose and state:

1. That I am one of The Incorporator’s Owner of RMLED CORP.

2. That as a Business operation.
3. That the owner of the property where my business is located in Plain View Village Sasa
Davao City.
4. That Generosa Sarmiento is my Grandmother .As such, she does not require me to pay rent
for the use of his property;
5. That in view of the my Grandmother generous accommodation, I am not paying any rental
fee for the use of his property for my office located;
6. As such, I execute this affidavit in truth for whatever legal purpose it may serve.
