I, CASIANO T. TORREFIEL JR., of legal age, Filipino and married and a resident
of Davao City, Philippines, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law
hereby depose and say:

That I am the owner of GACT PRINTSHOP with business permit no. B-111646-6
and BUSINESS Id no. 2012-882026 located at #13 Dao St., Awhag Village Phase II,
Brgy. 19-B, Davao City;

That I hereby declare upon my honor that the said business generates LOW
INCOME due to not enough transaction due to pandemic.
That I am executing this affidavit of Low Income to attest to the truth of the
foregoing statements and for whatever legal purposes these statements may serve.

for me and in my name, place and stead, to do and perform the following acts and deeds,
to wit:

To sign, represent me, transact any transaction, to pay, process

documents/papers regarding of RENEWAL OF BUSINESS PERMIT located at
#13 Dao St., Awhag Village Phase II, Brgy. 19-B, Davao City at BIR, Business Bureau
and other Government Agencies concerned here in Davao City;

to get and receive/claim release papers, documents.

To do whatever act or thing requisite or necessary to carry into effect the

purpose herein set forth. To do all other acts necessary for the attainment of
the purpose(s) for which we have issued this Special Power of Attorney;
