Academic achievement reflection:

My academic achievement was learning English in one month. I ‘m emergent, me and my family left our
country Iraq to survive, we came to Canada with zero English. I wanted to see if I'm able to learn the
language in one month of me living here. I tried and I learned good enough for me to get all As and Bs in
school. Learning English to me was a big dream became true, I was more comfortable to have a
conversation with people that make sense. I became an open-minded person because I can hear and
listen better, my vision improved. I started doing business because I can communicate with people the
correct way. Also, it made me feel that I'm responsible for what I say and what I do. My further plan
with learning English is that I want it to take it to the next level, I want to meet more people open more
businesses and become a more successful person.
